LATINMIXX SUBMISSION AGREEMENT
- Ownership & Rights — You represent and warrant that you are the owner of, or have been authorized by the owner of, all rights (including copyright) in and to any content you submit to LatinMixx. This includes the musical composition, sound recording, artwork, and any other intellectual property contained therein.
- Limited Promotional License — By submitting content to LatinMixx, you grant LatinMixx LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to: (a) distribute the content to subscribed DJs for promotional performance use only; (b) create promotional edits including but not limited to intro cuts, clean versions, extended mixes, DJ transitions, and radio edits; (c) feature the content on the LatinMixx platform, social media, and marketing materials.
- No Transfer of Ownership — You retain full ownership of all rights to your content. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of your music to LatinMixx. You may remove your content from the platform at any time by requesting removal through the contact page.
- Promotional Use Only — Content distributed through LatinMixx is for professional DJ performance use only (clubs, events, radio, livestreams). Downloaded tracks may NOT be: resold, redistributed, commercially released, sampled without additional permission, uploaded to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), or file-shared.
- DJ Edits — LatinMixx may create derivative versions of submitted content (clean edits, intro cuts, extended versions, transition-friendly edits). All edits remain the property of the original rights holder. LatinMixx does not claim any ownership or publishing rights to edited versions.
- Compensation — LatinMixx does not pay royalties for promotional distribution. The benefit to the submitter is promotional exposure to LatinMixx's network of professional Latin DJs, which drives airplay, club play, and audience growth.
- Indemnification — You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LatinMixx LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of any representation in this agreement; (b) any third-party claim that content you submitted infringes their rights; (c) your use of the LatinMixx platform.
- Content Guidelines — Submitted content must be final mastered quality (320kbps MP3 or WAV). You must provide: track title, artist name, BPM, genre, and a brief description. Explicit content must be flagged.
- Termination — You may terminate this agreement at any time by removing your content and contacting LatinMixx through the contact page. LatinMixx reserves the right to remove any content that violates this agreement or receives a valid copyright complaint.
- Governing Law — This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
